Shipping

For UK Destination - Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive subject to payment clearance. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. For UK destination, we offer Royal Mail Standard delivery and Special delivery services.
- Special Delivery: All deliveries are charged at Royal Mail standard Special delivery . When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.

For International/Worldwide Destination - Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive subject to payment clearance. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. For all of the world destination, we use registered mail For service. All deliveries are charged at Royal Mail standard Airmail International Signed For service. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.
In order to provide customer with the cheapest combine postage, all shipping rates are calculated base on the total weight of orders including packaging. Shipping cost is not negotiable.

Returns

To return a faulty item to r4dscarte.com, please send an email with your name, address, order no., item description, item value and reason for return to our SUPPORT for return authorisation. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply return it back to us, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return) and please include a description of why the product is been returned.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY. We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your account if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds

Refund policy only offered to any transaction made by mistakes or the related product is faulty and we are unable to secure a new replacement for you. You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. You are responsible on returning a goods for a refund in good condition and at your own cost. We will refund to your account once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 7 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong item is received incorrectly.

Testing

We do test every single return, if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the same product to you at your own cost.
